Relationship Status:: Single

About Me:: I am a spiritual being having a very real human experience in DC as an artist, author, yoga teacher, Reiki Master practitioner, creativity coach, radio host, and life entrepreneur. I grew up as a Go Green girl loving gardening, nature, and playing in the dirt and woods of Mother Earth. Since 1991, I have taken steps to ressurrect my inner Go Green girl self and have recently committed to upping my Go Green game. I am using my mindfulness meditation and yoga practice to help me make better Go Green intentions and choices in my life and service. It is a journey of one breath, one thought, one word, and one action at a time. Smith Farm Center for Healing and the Arts, All Souls Unitarian Church, Java Green, Flow Yoga Center, Live Green, Shakti Mind Body Studio, Tranquil Spa Yoga, Maruka School of Healing and Yoga, Inspired Yoga, Everlasting Life, Soul Vegetarian, Studio Serenity, and Insight Meditation Community of Washington, DC have helped me in my Go Green journey.
